Grades use the same fixed rules for every firm. They are not based on a curve. A business without enough public information is marked Not yet rated and does not receive a grade. Profiles show only broad AI-use signals based on available sources. Exact tools, source links, claim details, confidence calculations, and internal scoring data are private. A firm-level signal never proves that one employee uses AI. The grade is not a rating of service quality.
